Amy and George have been really good to us, from researching hotels and activities, cooking us dinner, driving us around and doing our laundry AND IRONING! Hopefully they will come to Nagoya so that we can reciprocate. It's really just as nice as California. Imagine Santa Barbara but without the good weather. Now take away the nice buildings. Replace them with cardboard abominations and paint them grey. Add loads more telegraph and electricity cables. Add 3 million more people. Now take away the beach a wharf. Add some neon pachinko parlours. Make everything 3 times as expensive. There you have it. It's the same.
